I have been a customer and friend of Auto Showplace for many years. As we all know, there comes that wretched time in our lives when a part needs to be fixed or replaced on a vehicle. Not only did I purchase my vehicles from Auto Showplace, I also purchased warranties on them at an exceptional price and have Auto Showplace do the service required to maintain its value. I am still to this day surprised at how easy it is to deal with all the staff at Auto Showplace. It is always a "no problem" situation. My car is taken in, and Auto Showplace, contacts the warranty company, completes the required paper work, and before I know it, I can pick up my car. Putting a claim through my warranty company, believe it or not, is the easiest process when dealing with Auto Showplace. Thanks to all the staff for outstanding service and value.

I also service my vehicles at Auto Showplace. When making an appointment, they greet me as if I was a part of their family. I am offered a hot drink upon arrival, and they take the time to talk to me while my vehicle is being serviced. My husband and I bought and financed our car at Auto Showplace. We weren't quite sure what to expect, and thought the finance procedure would take a week or possibly more. We found the perfect van for our family, sat down with Jennifer and were out of the office within 10 minutes! We had all our documents signed and all our copies in hand. To our surprise, we received a phone call half an hour later telling us we were approved and could pick the car up the next morning! Our experience with Auto Showplace was incredible! I have been dealing with Auto Showplace for approximately fourteen years. I have purchased ten vehicles and sent in excess of forty people who also have purchased vehicles. There are many reasons for my loyalty to Auto Showplace. I never get that pressure sale feeling when dealing with the staff at Auto Showplace. They know their vehicles and the benefits and pitfalls of each. They explain all of these to me and are very helpful in guiding my purchases to what is best for my needs. I have found their prices to be very competitive. Their prices are well below any dealer and considering the quality of vehicles they sell are also much cheaper than their immediate competitors. Every time I have bought a vehicle from Auto Showplace I get that new car feeling even though it's a used car. When buying a used vehicle the scariest thing is worrying about its reliability. Kevin and John at Auto Showplace have made sure each and every vehicle, I and the people I have sent there have purchased, are in the best possible shape as well as looking after any concerns or problems long after the sale. They take a genuine interest in your vehicle and its performance after you drive away. I think over fourteen years and many vehicles sold without one unhappy buyer that their record is outstanding. I will continue to look to Auto Showplace for my future vehicle needs as they have given me absolutely no reason not to. .

I bought my car at Auto Showplace and I am very pleased with the service the entire staff offered. I was happy with the initial van I had purchased at Auto Showplace, however I decided to exchange it for a later model. The "30-day exchange policy" offered at Auto Showplace made it an easy process.
